We are thrilled to share that we have played a crucial role in the recent restoration project of the historic steam tug, #DOCKYARDV.

Alongside many esteemed companies, we ensured this iconic vessel, which is over 70 years old, was successfully relaunched in to the Port of Rotterdam after extensive restoration work at ROG Ship Repair & Rotterdam Offshore Group, which spanned 9 months.

DOCKYARD V holds a significant place in history, having sunk during World War II and subsequently salvaged and restored in 1947. It served the Rotterdam Dry Dock Company for many years and is now a cherished part of the Maritiem Museum Rotterdam collection.

We are proud to have contributed to this remarkable project by providing our #MOD400/500 modular spreader beam with a span. length of 15 meters, and our 20-meter #Roundslings with a capacity of 120 tons.

This project not only preserves a piece of maritime history but also highlights the incredible collaboration and dedication within our industry. Thank you to all involved for making this possible!
