Global Market Leader Mammoet required some heavy duty steel wire rope slings
for lifting of this behemoth of a Mega Truss at the AFAS Stadion, Alkmaar, The Netherlands.

Four 115mm diameter steel wire rope slings with a working length of 15.000mm and a
MBL of 1000 metric ton were mobilised for the project from the Safe Lifting Yard.

After months of preparation Mammoet lifted the 597 metric ton weighing structure into
place using two 600t Crawler Cranes.
