The crane had a capacity of 100 tons, and we overloaded it by 10%. While that might not sound extraordinary to some, at Safe Lifting, it’s just another day at the office!

The remarkable aspect of this story is that we received a last-minute call requesting the load test. Of course, we said yes. The challenge was that the ship carrying the crane was scheduled to arrive in the harbour at 18:00 that same day and was set to depart early the next morning. This timing was particularly challenging due to the holiday season and the construction industry shutdown. However, at Safe Lifting, we thrive on challenges.

Within a few hours, we had created a rigging plan, gathered the necessary equipment, and transported everything to the test location. That same day, we successfully completed the entire load test and returned back to our headquarters with full satisfaction of our client.
